All package pricing is based on weddings of up to 100 guests and is customized to your final guest count, venue and design. Additional guests can be accommodated up to 200.
Fresh florals, specialty linens, ceiling draping, custom fabrication, externally sourced rentals, extended travel and unusually complex installations are quoted separately. Final rental quantities are determined by your approved floor plan.

Hi, I’m Andrea.
I’m the designer behind The Heirloom Event Company.
Long before I began designing weddings, I spent more than 15 years working professionally in design and construction—creating custom spaces, working with clients to turn ideas into cohesive plans, and managing the countless details required to bring those plans to life.
That experience shapes the way I approach every wedding I style. I look beyond individual pieces and think about the entire space—layout, scale, colour, texture, lighting, flow and the way each area connects to the next.
My goal isn’t simply to make your wedding look beautiful. It’s to take everything you’ve been saving, imagining and describing and turn it into a celebration that feels intentional, cohesive and completely yours.
Because beautiful weddings aren’t created by adding more décor. They’re created by knowing what to use, where to use it, and when enough is enough.
